Andy Roberts, BSc, CPsychol, CSci, AFBPsS, Registered Psychologist, Managing Director

Andy founded KCP in October 1988. A practising Occupational Psychologist for some 38 years, Andy has worked with many leading psychologists, including Peter Saville, Roger Holdsworth, Sylvia Downs, Meredith Belbin, and Michael Pearn. Andy is the driving force behind KCP's research, and he is the author of numerous assessment tools. He also designs and delivers all of our training and e-learning solutions.  Andy has two children, a step-daughter and a floating shed (boat).

 

Dawn Lorec, Accounts Manager

Dawn has been involved in many aspects of KCP for over 16 years.  During the past six years she has run our accounting function as well as contributing to the general running of our consultancy services.

 

 

Cathy Roberts, Client Services Director

Cathy joined KCP in 2001 and quickly became our Client Services Director.  With a strong track record in administrative management, she also uses her artistic and graphic design skills for KCP's product development. Cathy holds the BPS Level A and B (Intermediate) Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing and is a KCP delegated assessor for our BPS courses, as well as leading the KCP online testing and training team.

Cathy has a daughter and an extended family in Sussex.  If you are thinking of having a music quiz, she's your girl!

 

Alison Cox, Consultancy Manager

Ali first joined KCP in 1991 in an administrative role,  After taking a career break to have a family, Ali returned and is now responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, and assisting Cathy with sales and marketing.
