Andy Roberts, BSc, CPsychol,
CSci, AFBPsS, Registered Psychologist Managing Director
Andy was
the founding Managing Director of KCP in October 1988. He has been a practising
Occupational Psychologist for some 38 years. His early career was spent as
an HR Manager in both the private and public sectors, but he moved into
psychological consultancy in January 1987 as part of SHL's Senior
Management Assessment Team. In his career, Andy has worked
with many leading psychologists, including Peter Saville, Roger
Holdsworth, Sylvia Downs, Meredith Belbin, and Michael Pearn. Andy is the driving force
behind KCP's product development research, and he is the author of
numerous personality and motivational questionnaires, ability tests,
assessment centre exercises and development tools. He pioneered
the distance learning approach to the BPS Certificates of Competence in
Occupational Testing, and in 2009 developed the first Totally Online
approach to these qualifications.
In addition to his work as an occupational psychologist, he is a
proficient software developer and has a keen interest in the application
of cognitive behavioural techniques in the work setting. |
Cathy Roberts Client Services Director
Cathy
joined KCP in 2001 as KCP's Consultancy Manager, but was rapidly
promoted to her current role of Client Services Director. She
brought with her a strong track record in administrative management
gained in diverse organisations including travel, the media, publishing
and marketing. She is also an entrepreneur, and for a number of
years ran her own professional photographic studio, dark room and gallery in
North London. Cathy holds the BPS Level A and
B (Intermediate) Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing, and
is actively involved in KCP's assessment, training and product
development activities. She leads the KCP Online
testing and Training teams, as well is being the Director responsible
for Customer Service.
Cathy brings not only first class administrative and customer service
skills, but also creative flair.
