Dyslexia Screening and Assessment The Disability Discrimination Act places a duty on employers to make "reasonable adjustments in the workplace" for employees with disabilities. Dyslexia manifests itself in differing ways. KCP's Dyslexia Assessment Services are designed to identify the nature and severity of the challenges faced by those with dyslexia and includes recommendations for both the employer and employee on what steps should be taken to minimise its impact. Practice Tests and Questionnaires In line with current good testing policies we have recently developed a Verbal Reasoning Practice Test, a Numerical Reasoning Practice Test, and a Practice Personality Questionnaire. These are designed to allow candidates to experience the testing process and gives them a flavour of the nature and style of tests and questionnaires. Candidates can order practice instruments from our online shop for a small fee. KCP clients may also order practice tests or questionnaires on behalf of their staff. New Level A and B Courses We have totally revised our Level A and Level B training courses. Both are now delivered partly via the internet and partly through face-to-face training.
