Jungian Type Questionnaire A Beta version of the Roberts Type Questionnaire is now available online. Based on Jung's theory of psychological type, the RTQ offers a you an up-to-date alternative to other Jungian questionnaires. You can order online via the Client Area (existing clients only), or by emailing sales@kcpltd.com. Dyslexia Screening and Assessment The Disability Discrimination Act places a duty on employers to make "reasonable adjustments in the workplace" for employees with disabilities. Dyslexia manifests itself in differing ways. KCP's Dyslexia Assessment Services are designed to identify the nature and severity of the challenges faced by those with dyslexia and includes recommendations for both the employer and employee on what steps should be taken to minimise its impact. KCP Masterclass - Integrating MAPP with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy We are planning to run a Masterclass for MAPP users in the New Year. CBT is an excellent theoretical model for helping MAPP practitioners to enable assessees to make powerful behavioural changes. For many people at work, problems occur because they are prone to unhelpful, negative thoughts. These may impact upon their self-esteem; on their ability to behave assertively; their presentation skills; their interpersonal skills and many others. Using cognitive behaviour therapy techniques and cognitive hypnotherapy, KCP's Cognitive Coaching services can be applied to individuals or groups. Practice Tests and Questionnaires In line with current good testing policies we have recently developed a Verbal Reasoning Practice Test, a Numerical Reasoning Practice Test, and a Practice Personality Questionnaire. These are designed to allow candidates to experience the testing process and gives them a flavour of the nature and style of tests and questionnaires. Candidates can order practice instruments from our online shop for a small fee. KCP clients may also order practice tests or questionnaires on behalf of their staff. New Level A and B Courses We have totally revised our Level A and Level B training courses. Both are now delivered partly via the internet and partly through face-to-face training.
