Who is it for?
The Test User: Occupational Personality (TUP) qualification is typically gained by:

Test Users are trained to:
- Decide when, and when not, to use personality questionnaires.
- Administer, score and interpret personality measures appropriately.

- Psychometric properties of questionnaires – reliability, validity and norms.
- Job analysis and competency profiling to inform questionnaire selection.
- Evaluating questionnaires – technical quality and practical suitability.
- Testing, ethics and the law – fairness, diversity and data protection.
- Interpreting personality profiles in context (role, culture and risk factors).
- Providing clear written and oral feedback, including development-oriented discussion.
Learning emphasises careful, evidence-based interpretation and the use of personality information to support constructive, strengths-based conversations.
